The hotel is a wonderful little place, greatly located and very nice. The room I had wasn't very huge, but it was cute and overlooked charming neighborhood. The bathroom was fine and had a tub. There was TV in the room. The staff was nice and charming.
The internet browsers installed on their PCs didn’t support hotmail and yahoo.

location was excellent for omni sport. excellent metro connections. the room was very clean but a little in need of redecoration. staff were very helpful. very good value for money. i would stay here again.

On arrival they informed us that they did not have a room due to technical reasons and sent us to a hotel at the other side of the city for the first two days. The other hotel was a 4 star one (but not any better), in an inconvenient location. To make up for the trouble they put us in they offered a 50% reduction for the first night for the NEXT time we visited them…

The room we stayed in had a mini fridge, tv, desk, and a bed. The bathroom was relatively clean. The hotel was right next to the metro stop and there was a good bakery just across the street.
The room was very crammed, the carpet was dated, the housekeeping was very indiscreet and annoying (they could enter when you were sleeping), the front desk people were not competent.

The hotel is located 100 feet from the metro station.
The hotel is a bit noisy and the front desk woman is incredibly snotty and rude.

When we arrived in the hotel, it turned out they didn’t have a room for us so we were asked to spend a night at another hotel, which was awful. And we also had problems coming back to the hotel originally ordered and were never compensated for it.
